Coral Cohen, MBA - Director, Coralation Group Inc
Coral Cohen is an experienced Organization Effectiveness (OE) practitioner and Coach with over 20 years of corporate leadership and consulting experience. Coral works with clients to solve real-life problems at work in the areas of organization development, leadership, applied culture change, strategic facilitation, driving results through change, developing and delivering multi-level talent programs.
Much of Coral’s change, culture and OE experience comes from having worked in OE and Talent Management leadership roles at Nexen as it became CNOOC Ltd. As the GM of the Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness team, Coral supported the executive in driving the transition from publicly traded to subsidiary company, including cultural transformations, small and large-scale re-organizations, multiple integration initiatives, as well as work in support of teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
Coral holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. She is a CoachU certified coach, is qualified in the Myers Briggs Type Indictor, and is an authorized partner for Everything DiSC™ and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ assessments for individual and team effectiveness.
